Soufflé Layer Cake
Prepared with layers of cake and thick layers of flavored Bavarian cream filling. Popular flavors include strawberry, lemon, raspberry, chocolate and grasshopper. Available in round or sheet.
Soufflé cakes will not melt, but they are best served cold. All soufflé cakes are frozen when prepared. We recommend that you keep your soufflé cake in a freezer or refrigerator.
Note: Soufflé sheet cakes larger than 12”x16” may not fit in the average home refrigerator or freezer. |
